Budevo
An app that lets fit-out firms share work progress, photos, documents and reports with their clients in one place.
- My part
- concept, architecture, interface design, business logic, implementation
- Technology
- Next.js, Supabase, Vercel

The task
Fit-out and turnkey home builders update clients through messages, emails and phone photos. The client does not know which stage the project is at, and the firm loses time answering the same questions. Budevo gathers it in a panel available through a private link, with no account to create.
Design decisions
- The client creates no account: they get a private link and see their project straight away, on the phone too.
- Photos and decisions are pinned to work stages, so a week later it is still clear what they refer to.
- The PDF report is built from material that is already in the panel. Nobody writes it separately.
What was built
- Product page with a sample panel and 30 days free
- Client panel: stages, statuses, photos, decisions, files
- PDF reports generated from project material
- Photo uploads from the phone by the contractor team
- New project setup, login, pricing plans
