    I describe how that work is done today and point to the one connection worth building first.

The process in 5 steps

How we work together

You do not buy the whole project at once. You buy the next step.

  1. First step

    An audit, a review or a discovery phase. Paid, at a price agreed upfront that does not change afterwards. It ends with a document.

  2. Price of the next stage

    The document gives the scope and price of the next stage: the repair, one flow or the first stage of the build. You decide whether we go on.

For repairs, integrations and builds:

  1. Work on a copy

    I make changes on a copy of your shop or software. What your customers and staff use stays as it is until you approve.

  2. Your approval

    You look at the result on the copy and say whether you approve it.

  3. Go-live

    Only what you approve moves to the live version.
